Vacations in Mexico remain one of the best travel deals available.

So my friend from europe(France), is coming to visit me this summer. I live in California, would it be possible(legal) for my friend to travel with me(on car) to mexico(for a day)?????
immigration laws?rights?permits?

Ok, let's see your friend from France is coming here to the USA mmmmm I guess he will come here as a tourist he will have an I-94 form (it will be stapled on his passport) with a 6 months expiration limit.

US and France citizens do not need a visa to visit Mexico your friend just need his passport and you (I assume you are US citizen) just need your driver license.

But when you come back to the USA your friend will have to show his I-94 with his passport to go back to California.

We are looking for resorts that have 1 or 2 bedroom suites for our family of 5.

There is the Omni Cancun & Villa's that might be an option for you. There really aren't a lot of options in Mexico for families of 5. Most of the time families depending on if they find availability at the few places that do accomodate that many might end up having to purchase 2 rooms.

There might be condo options, but none I have heard of…..

There are a few options in the Caribbean that accomodate families of 5. Best of luck and remember book in advance because when you have limited places that allow that many in a room they go quickly. There are some Mexico hotels that will only allow 3 in a room. You can have the reservations cross referenced to try and get you either next to each other or close, but it isn't guarenteed.

I would definately go with a good agent on this. Find yourself a good one and they will figure out the best option for your family.

Have Fun!

What locations would you suggest?
Would this get me a condo or a house?

I'd prefer a condo with maintainence.

If you have a link to international reality groups it would be appreciated.

What kind of taxes would apply?

I guess tell me anything you can about owning a home in Mexico and residing in the US too.

Depending on the state you want to live in. I would suggest a city in mid mexico named Cuernavaca in the state of Morelos, specifically Tepoztlan for a quiet town with excellent views of the grees mountains or more centric in a nice upscale city called Palmira. For the money you can find a house. You need to contact centruy 21 or I can give you my personal real state agent and broker info, for more information about the transaccions. You may need a "fideicomiso", like a permit to buy if you are not mexican. See the links of what can you get for the money. Let me know if you need help with translation or for more references. You can hire private maintainance for you home very inexpensively. A condo in the most luxurious building in town costs around 350k. Good luck.

team leader and home based travel business expert Dean Marino visits the Mayan Sea Garden Resort in Mexico. A one bedroom unit at the Mayan Sea Garden was available to MOR Vacations members for just $149 for the entire week. Dean Marino introduces MOR Vacations {Members Only Resort Vacations} as a stand alone travel product and home based business. MOR {Members Only Resort} Vacations offers a vacation club travel product similar to {Global Resorts Network} or GRN. The MOR Vacations travel membership is provided by a travel company formed in 1982. MOR Vacations travel membership was first offered for sale to the public in 1985 while the Global Resorts Network GRN travel membership provider dates back to 1986. Like Global Resorts Network GRN, the membership sold by Members Only Resort Vacations {MOR Vacations} is known for excellent customer service. Travel booked with Global Resorts Network GRN and MOR Vacations {Members Only Resorts Vacations} travel club membership plans can be booked through customer service over the phone or on the company website. MOR Vacations made a big splash in the home based business community when they lured away Global Resorts Network GRN conference call host Johnny Bolton to host calls for Members Only Resort Vacations {MOR Vacations} and become the master affiliate. Johnny Bolton had hosted Global Resorts Network GRN since Pre Pre launch days in late 2006. Many who took Bolton’s advice and joined Global Resorts Network GRN at the beginning were very successful with Global Resorts Network GRN. Several Global Resorts Network GRN pioneers reportedly earned over $1 million in commissions their first year. Could huge profits be in store for those who take the plunge with Johnny Bolton and Members Only Resort Vacations {MOR Vacations}? Compared to Global Resorts Network GRN, MOR Vacations offers some advantages as presented by Johnny Bolton. MOR Vacations offers one week vacations that start at $149. Johnny Bolton says MOR Vacations offers many of the low cost vacation weeks in the United States while Global Resorts Network GRN members say many of the GRN burn weeks are overseas. MOR Vacations has introduced financing to the home based travel business arena. While Global Resorts Network GRN members sit around the house on Friday waiting for FEDEX to deliver checks, members of MOR Vacations can start the weekend early because they are paid electronically while they enjoy life. Competition is good for business and it is expected that affiliates with Global Resorts Network GRN and Members Only Resort {MOR} Vacations will benefit from a battle between the two major players in the home based travel business arena

A short film about the tequila industry in Mexico. A very interesting look inside the Cuervo factory. A special thanks to them as other factories did not want to let our camera inside the process of tequila making. Read more about travel adventure stories at www.hooligantv.com

When high school and college students start their senior year in school, many begin to think about and plan one or more senior class trips to be taken either right before or right after graduation. Class trips to any number of destinations around the world have become commonplace for seniors as a way to announce, “I’m graduating and I’m going to celebrate by taking a fun trip with my friends!”

There are many travel companies that routinely organize class trips for groups of high school or college seniors. Some companies have been planning such trips for decades and are knowledgeable about cities and locations that seniors enjoy visiting, what they like to see, do and eat upon their arrival and where they typically enjoy staying during their vacation. In addition to exceptional and memorable trips, students are often able to purchase trip packages at reasonable or reduced rates when they use a travel company.

In many cases, travel companies with experience organizing senior trips do so for large groups of students from all over the United States - and possibly other countries, as well. The companies are able to coordinate trips so that students from all areas can come together as an extremely large group for a celebration that is unforgettable.

Not only does it make sense for travel companies to organize large senior trips for students to attend from all over the United States (or the entire world), but such gatherings are also great opportunities for seniors to meet others who are the same age, get to know them and develop friendships with people who live in various cities.

Trips designed for seniors who are about to graduate from high school or college usually run like well-oiled machines. For example, the travel companies that organize the trips often charter airplanes that are filled with only those who are attending the trip. In other words, regular air passengers are often not mixed with all of the seniors en route to their vacation. Also, travel companies are experienced in arranging transportation for the seniors from the airport in their destination city to the hotel or resort in which they will be staying.

Travel companies that organize senior trips are often affiliated with specific hotel chains, various restaurants and many typical tourist areas within the destination city. This means that those on the trip can usually expect a hassle free trip and a well-organized vacation. In addition to a fun and well-planned vacation, parents of those attending a senior trip can (hopefully!) rest assured that their children will be as safe as possible. Companies that organize such trips normally have a safety system that helps to ensure that nobody gets lost or left behind anywhere. Also, the companies usually provide the seniors with rules, guidelines and regulations that they are encouraged to follow so that they remain as safe as possible during their trip.

Some of the most popular destinations for senior trips are specific areas in Florida (such as Orlando, Ft. Lauderdale, Miami and Key West), Hawaii, islands in the Caribbean, various cities throughout Mexico and many European locations.
