Are you looking for a foreign location to invest in the real estate industry? Your search should end with foreign investments Mexico, a gratifying decision in terms of wealth creation and asset building. The real estate investments in Mexico are at peak and it is the right time for you to become a shareholder in the huge profits endorsed by it. Being a foreign investor, you can find a number of benefits offered by Mexican real estate. Here is a discussion to influence your thought process about real estate investments Mexico.

Exotic Tourist Locations

Mexico is blessed with a number of places of tourist interest and thus, tourism in the country is as good as its real estate industry. Vacation houses, resorts and condos are always flooded with tourists from different countries around the world. And this holds significance for making real estate investments Mexico.

Prices Under Your Budget

The equity real estate in Mexico allows you to expend minimum while purchasing an investment property and this is true for every region of the country. As a foreign investor, you can’t find any foreign investment property, offered at costs lower than those found in Mexico. The reasonable prices required for real estate investments Mexico can take you by surprise.

Investment Trust For Foreigners

If you want to invest in restricted real estate investment zones of Mexico, the banks in the country offer a solution for you. You can purchase and extract all the benefits out of real estate investments Mexico by becoming the member of Fideicomiso, which is a real estate trust formed between banks and property sellers. In this the role of trustee is played by the banks and you, as a foreign investor, have all the rights to use your property as you want to.

Some Other Good Reasons

Apart from whatever has been discussed above, there are many other good reasons to plan for real estate investments Mexico. First of all, the property taxes in the country are lower than other foreign property investments. Also, you can take advantage of impressive appreciation value offered by real estate in Puerto Vallarta and other regions as well. And of course, it is a safe investment for foreign investors.

You can look upon various real estate firms to reserve a good investment deal for yourself. However, Concrete Equities is the name which has good reputation in offering dependable investment opportunities.

My boyfirend are planning a trip this August to Rocky Point, Mexico. We will be renting a condo at the resort called "Bella Sirena" (see url) http://ourrockypoint.com/index.php?id=11129

The resort/condo in Rocky Point, Mexico was recommended by a coworker who vacationed there recently. She shared pictures and raved about it…it looked beautiful! As I mentioned she has highly recommended it, said not only was it so beautiful, it was very affordable. She stated the condo was pure luxury and again very afordable.

I would like to find out if anyone has ever been or vacationed in Rocky Point, Mexico? I would love your feedback good and bad…I have never been to Mexico PERIOD, however my boyfriend has been to Cancun, Ensenada (sp?), etc., you know the usual hangouts where everyone vacations, However he has never heard of Rocky Point and obviously never been there.

Your Feedback is very much appreciated!
Thank you!!

I went there this past summer, and it was beautiful. There is not much night life, so if you’re going to relax, then this place is wonderful. I didn’t stay at the same place you are, I stayed at the Mayan Palace on a time share, and I had the time of my life! There are outdoor markets, restaurants, and I’m sure there are excursions, but it’s not at lively as other cities in Mexico.

Moving to Mexico in November I need a cheap place to live a laid back area
also any advice from people who’ve gone to Mexico without a plan but have stayed…how’d you do it?
My son wants to study mexican cooking, I’ll be spending time in the US while he’s in mexico. So I can finance it all.
I’m not ready to retire yet i’m only 33 lol, my son is 16.
We just want a laid back life…i’d love a garden however that will take time to find a place out in the country side.
I guess it’s jump on in and go for it…thanks Charl

Check the Craigslist for Guadalajara:
http://guadalajara.en.craigslist.com.mx/

and Puerto Vallarta:
http://pv.en.craigslist.com.mx/

Mexico is a great place to retire, but it’s a difficult place if you have to work to support yourself. You have to job skills good enough that the employer will write the visa letter stating that he could find no Mexican with the right skills for this job. Some people get jobs selling time shares in resorts like Puerto Vallarta, but it’s hard because they nay only get one sale for every ten pitches.

A better idea is to work hard in the US and save and invest your money. Then take vacations to Mexico every year to see what area you like best. Then when you retire, you can take your Social Security and IRA money to your favorite spot.
