		<description>Do a land package somewhere so that you can lay out and soak up the sun to get warm.  On a cruise you are often scurrying on and off the ship at the ports to do tour(s) with no time to relax; then on board you are often in the shade (eating areas, hallways from here to there...)

but if you want a cheap cruise, ask your travel agent.  It is their job to know the prices.
