Do a land package somewhere so that you can lay out and soak up the sun to get warm. On a cruise you are often scurrying on and off the ship at the ports to do tour(s) with no time to relax; then on board you are often in the shade (eating areas, hallways from here to there…)

but if you want a cheap cruise, ask your travel agent. It is their job to know the prices.

hi there if you already have a visa I think is accessible, if not then I think no because the Embassy won’t let you get a visa .

Do you mean a "Conditional Discharge"? Conditional discharge is like a light probation but it is considered a probation and therefore you may leave your state and travel within the country but only with a travel permit issued by your supervisor(probation officer) or the court. You may not travel out of the country without special written permission and a special permit issued by the presiding judge.
