Do you mean a "Conditional Discharge"? Conditional discharge is like a light probation but it is considered a probation and therefore you may leave your state and travel within the country but only with a travel permit issued by your supervisor(probation officer) or the court. You may not travel out of the country without special written permission and a special permit issued by the presiding judge.

Not any longer.

You need either a passport book if you go by air, or the card if you are traveling by auto. If you go with the birth certificate and the driver’s license, be prepared to have a wait until you get checked out. And if you have been warned not to do it in the past, they might make you wait in Mexico until you get a passport from the local US Embassy/Consulate.

As a resident of Hawaii and a travel agent for 20+ years my answer to "where is better place to go" is Hawaii!

I have been to Mexico a few times. Once I got really sick and that ruined that trip!

Personally I like Hawaii much better. The food is great, the beaches are beautiful, there is lots to do, the people are friendly, no language barrier or exchange rate to deal with, plus a very low crime rate! Those are all a big plus in my book when traveling.

I dont know which embassy you talked to, but the Mexican embassy in Pakistan does issue visas!

Look at the resorts on St. Lucia. It is arguably the most female friendly island in the Caribbean with it’s white and black sand beaches, the volcano, the rain forest and the best SPA in the Caribbean.. Not all the resorts are 5 star, but the ambiance makes up for it.
