What do you recommend for an escorted Mexico tour?
I just went on the Caravan tour of Copper Canyon and am looking into taking their Mexico City to Cancun tour. What other tours of Mexico can you recommend that are under $2000 (plus air) for a single?
I’ve always wanted to do the Expreso Maya. The website says they are temporarily closed due to track repairs though. Not sure it gives an indication of when they will reopen. I think it may be outside of the $2000 for a single but still might be something for you to consider.

this website plays a train whisle and music when it loads so if you are going to check it out a work, make sure your speakers are turned down

Don’t go to Mexico.
With all the Drug Cartels fighting each other chances are you’ll get killed.
I wouldn’t go if I got a trip for free.
