will i be able to use my blackberry tour from verizon in mexico?
im going to one of those all inclusives in mexico and i have a blackberry tour, will i be able to use it there without being charged anything?
no, im pretty sure the rate is 15 cents per minutte and text you use.but if you want to use a phone their, i reccomend buying a cheep prepaid phone and buying like 400 mins for about $60 all together.

being charged anything as in? roaming charges? of course you will. call your carrier and confirm you have international calling activated on your phone and you should be good to go

Its going to be expensive. I have a VZW prepaid phone and everytime I go to Tijuana I get charged for the roaming. Its better to have it off while in Mexico. That "Welcome to Mexico" text message is not free.
