		<description>Probably not, but I had a friend with a PO that made exceptions for people who followed the rules, worked, passed drug tests, and didn't give him any nonsense.  Your friend should ask his PO, because ultimately, the PO gets to say if he has violated the terms of his probation.&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;</description>
