Do i need Mexico Visa to travel to Mexico for tourist purpose. I am an Indian citizen with H1B.?
I am planning to travel to Mexico for tourist purpose. I am planning to stay there for 4 nights.Do i need to take mexico tourist visa. I am leaving in DC. Do i need to get stamping in Mexico consulate or will they give me Tourist card in flight or Mexico airport.
As an Indian citizen, in America and wanting to travel to Mexico you will need an official visa.
Please see the link for the list of countries that do NOT . Also see that India is not on that list.
You can not get a tourist permit.
You can walk across the border for 72 hours if you wish but you need a VISA to go downtown Mexico

Contact your embassy in the DC area. My guess would be yes. I’m in California and to even take a cruise to Mexico, you need a passport.

Yes, you will need a visa. India is not among the countries whose nationals are exempted from the visa requirement.

Only U.S. Green Card holders do not need a visa for travelling.
